Selling or buying a home can be done with ease when working with a professional.  I have built custom homes, bought models and leased back, remodeled homes,  rented and sold my own investment properties from afar, but today I work not for me but,  full time only for clients.

 For seller’s-I will assist by determining the most likely sales price based on current market. I take an in-depth look, discussing selling points & possible easy fixes to enhance value and promote higher returns for a quicker sale.  I do not take overpriced listings as my time is important and I do not need this job I like it.  I will suceed for you  bringing  truth and value to those I represent.

 For buyer’s- I am not afraid to educate you!  No question is a foolish one and  as educated buyers, you are my favorite, when you proceed it will be with confidence knowing you have seen everything on the market you wanted to see-  not just certain agents or companies  listings.    My in depth internet assistance and communication  skills I’ve been repeatedly complimented on.  Upon contract I assist with proper representation thru to a successful close.
