THE OAKS BAYSIDE

Is a gated community located on the east side of route 41 directly across the street from the gated entrance to The Oaks Clubside.  Oaks Bayside has 195 lots and was the first part of The Oaks to be developed.  Some homes are built on two lots.  Five of these homes are located directly on the waters of Sarasota Bay with their own docks, and there is a community day dock for the residents of The Oaks Bayside. Some of the lots in The Oaks Bayside are near an Eagle Preserve.  Membership to The Oaks Club is required of all residents of The Oaks Bayside.
