Ask the agent in each office… Do they all handle their own properties or will they tell you of the other agent’s properties within the office or other offices? All operate differently.
Please tell them I sent you. It may be a small gift to me or it may be a small break for you (such is true at Bentley’s in Osprey). All agents are bound by ethical codes of behavior they should adhere to. One being that they recognize you have a REALTOR should you decide to buy. I assist with rentals because I know you will want my expertise on buying or selling. You will have a quiet, unsolicited vacation if you tell them I am your REALTOR.
